That is because this is an amendment to an already existing financing deal. Not a new one.

Actually surprised the stock is down AH because they cannot convert any shares unless the stock is either over 30 cents or the close from last Friday...which was 27 cents.

Anything under that and they are losing money. After Jan 3 2023 they can get shares at 10 cents if the stock is lower than the .27 from last Fri. But not until Jan 3.

So as of right now? No conversions. And you would have to think the company has something lined up to get the price over that 30 cents conversion price.
