Problem remains dilution. He stated that they diluted as a means of raising capital. But he did not say that dilution has ended. He said that when they no longer need to raise capital they will look at share buy backs but in the mean time the door is still open for more dilution. That is why this thing can never rally and maintain higher levels because every rally is used to issue more shares and ends up crushing the price. He can write a novel with all of his initiatives but until he announces an end to dilution it is the Albatross for this stock.
