It's the best "Buyer's market " for deals in years!!!!! I believe something is cooking with these guys. They are obviously looking for opportunities out there. The IPO market is dead. Nobody is lending money either. The only option for growth companies to access capital to continue the growth of capacity or marketing $ is through an existing Public company. This is exactly where SNBH is positioned. Just waiting for these veteran dealmakers to get one done. It's a very simple way for individual investors to leverage the experience of a proven group of Wall Street professionals! The market cap is @ $ 1.8 million at these prices. A fully reporting OTC listed company has a typical value of @ $4 million. This is an unbelievable opportunity. IMHO, always.
