"When the Albanians' money is taken by the river"/ Bushati: Nature donates millions of euros but the cascades are left out of order, the rainwater is discharged into the sea...

The deputy of the DP in Shkodër Helidon Bushati has written through a post on his Facebook that "the money of the Albanians is being taken by the river" because in a situation with heavy rains the cascade is kept out of order and the rainwater goes towards the sea.
Bushati points out that there are high-intensity water flows that can be exploited and not discharged into the sea illegally without reaching the maximum quotas.

Full post:
??When Albanians' money is "taken by the river".

Today the expression would go a long way, nature gives millions of euros to Albanians, but the Albanian officials keep the cascade out of order and let the water brought by the rain freely towards the sea.

The question arises;
??How can you discharge 1300m3/second into the sea, and on the other hand keep the HPPs out of work ?
??How can you use 200MË from Koman which has 600MË and 150MË from Vau Dejës which has 250MË ???If the turbines were to produce at full capacity and again there is more flow than you can handle, then the downloads are legitimate, but otherwise it's just a waste of public property.?

??The production capacities of 850M (600M in Koman with 4 units and 240M in Vau Dejes with 5 units) are being used only 357 M, to be more clear, that is, less than half of the total.
Meanwhile, the water flows calmly towards the sea even in conditions where the maximum quotas of 176m in Koman and 76m in Vau Dejës have not yet been reached.

Downloading that you reached the maximum quotas and keeping the hydro plant at half capacity, what a paradox!
You can even "hide" behind this reasoning and no one cares about you (as long as you fed the media on all four sides) why you didn't take measures to increase production.
But downloading without reaching the maximum quotas, 176m in Koman and 76m in Vau Dejës, is either rare bravery or incomparable stupidity, but no professionalism.

? ??With these market prices, discharges of 1300m3/second are worth around 400,000 Euros per hour. To be more clear, only in these hours of today, the Albanian state has been "taken by the river" several million euros that are pouring into the sea.
