Interesting point of view.

So the idea is to try and identify runners early and then accumulate shares on the bid? While many OTC traders wait for a news release or a tweet to start buying early in the run.

That might explain why many runners this year have had very brief runs before moving back down 50% or more from the peak of their run. (VNTH being an example which ran from trips to mid-20's then pulled back as low as 0010.)

Only problem I see with that approach is how to identify runners early enough to accumulate a large number of shares at the bid??
