When you say lack of leadership, do you refer to the GSE Leadership not fighting for a release?

I thought it was a part of the C'ship, the GSE's were told 1) No lobbying 2) No voicing 3) No public speaking blah blah blah

By leadership if you mean NON GSE voices, i dont think it has any relevance.. It will be on deaf ears unless its the TSY head, or FHFA head or the admin head;s voice
