In practical terms, that amounts to an unlimited power to collect and spend money



The FHFA has no other Branch of the federal government to check on its power to self fund its annual budget and by having 100% control over the entities they regulate and 'conserve', they have zero incentive to return the economic rights and voting power back to the Plaintiff Shareholders.

Seems like a violation of the Seperation of Powers to me.
