A likely scenario is that company defaults on all of those loans and the creditors delist and dissolve with payouts to management. All of the IP goes to the creditors, who then start another ponzi company with new management and any existing distribution deals intact. Existing shareholders are kicked to the curb, because hey, that company doesn't exist anymore. Maybe a class-action lawsuit ensues and is tied up in courts for a decade or so.
