Maybe there should be broader distribution of Paxlovid drug to those with long covid issues, so they can immediately take it to lock down the viral load before it becomes problematic. Unfortunately, making it harder to get access to Paxlovid (as it is under EUA) just makes it more accessible to only to those who have access and higher knowledge on how to respond.
