There's reportedly an SEC court case still underway regarding Mark A. Miller hijacking several dormant shells. One of them was Utilicaraft (UITA) which Eddie took over in 2/11/21 from "Richard Kilchesky." It has been alleged by another poster that Miller illegally used his brother-in-law Kilchesky's ID in this crime. Regardless, how Eddie came to be the sole officer and control person of this ticker --with OTC back office access and the ability to make filings with the SEC-- is a mystery for now. This might be the sort of "hot water" that finally gets him permanently barred. If so, that may explain the dismal state of all his tickers now. FBI and Postal Inspectors involved.
