I'm questioning the timing of the Stock options granted on 11/15 to the company officers, being a little too close to an upcoming material decision isn't that suspect? If the trial news turns out good, will the timing on these not come under scrutiny? The timing for the private placement shares is okay, as those are 'non-insider' investors. Were these 11/15 employee stock options pre-determined or were they randomly given?
