What do you think Diwan's purpose is in taking an incentive in the form of Preferred shares that have no value to him unless there's a change in control?

Don't know. Seems unlikely that there's a change of control coming. Both of his actions could be for tax purposes, but I'm not an accountant, so really not sure.

Why do you think he would take these 2 courses of action?
