Why pump something when we're in a market with a fraction of the $$$ volume? Wouldn't you rather do it once it wakes up and 3x the shares could be sold? It clearly isn't an operating business with revenue, so who cares (their eyes) if it sits a while. Timing is everything. When the market was roaring companies were pumping out PRs left and right lol. "WE STRUCK GOLD!" "MILLIONS IN REVENUE EXPECTED!" "DEAL WITH WALMART PENDING SIGNED DOCS!" etc etc.
