ARGENTINE LAW AND REGULATION Pages 13 and 14

The Argentine Mining Code establishes two basic means of
granting title to mining property: the exploration permit and
the mining concession, both of which convey valid mining title
in Argentina.
Exploration permits grant their holders the right to freely explore
for minerals within the boundaries of the territory covered by
that permit as well as to request the mining concession for any
discoveries within the covered territory.
