None of that matters until the WC note is retired. Company keeps issuing shares @ 0.0004 and WC is immediately selling - IR has confirmed this multiple times

Endless dilution. No point on buying shares with that scheme. If the company really cares they would do something about that and investors will come. Right now everyone knows about the note and that's why there's almost no volume or interest
