WanaB: I hope you're right. I'd like to hear that they are breaking ground on the facility. We need that facility built and cGMP approved. CYGX won't be a serious player in DNA Therapeutics and won't be a buy-out target unless and until that is completed. Forget all the pre-clinical research and the multitude of potential uses for our plasmids. Just get the damn facility built ASAP. Then settle the employment problem with LW and FV. We don't need another litigation/arbitration hanging over the company's prospects. Give LW and FV six months salary as a compomise severance and they and the company can all move on. We can pay them off and still have enough money to sunstantially complete the construction.
