What if one created an exchange for NFTs to trade gold and silver and have the option to trade for physical delivery and each coin/bar cannot be duplicated/replicated

I know there are exchanges like OneGold (not NFT related) but a pure play NFT exchange for exclusive luxury goods would be a bomb idea IMO
