Agree with you 100%. There was NO dilution (that's huge). SSM stands to benefit just like the shareholders. This process will take some time, If you are a shareholder just be patient. I try not to look at the day-to-day movements of the stock. I set an alert for a high volume of 5 million or more. This is just my opinion, but I think we could see a $60M Market Cap or higher with a solid merger.
