Over 20 years ago one of the national TV Journalist hours did an look at the mercury in tuna fish story. They Interviewed the FDA and it went like this:

Q) How often do you test the Canned Tuna fish for mercury?

A) Once a year we take a random sample of 20 cans of Tuna fish and test them.

Q) What is the FDA limit for Mercury?

A) 1 PPM

Q) what do you do if any of the cans test over 1 PPM?

A) We file the report in that file cabinet.

Q) And?

A) That is it, we file the report

The EPA drinking water limit is parts per trillion, or less now...

It has been 20-30 years now, so I forget the exact numbers, but basically the FDA limit for mercury was higher than the EPA definition of Hazardous waste.

Waste Saccharine is also an EPA listed Hazardous waste.

The Battle between Gov agencies is real and decades old...and Lobbyists are everywhere fighting for all sides, with regulators in the middle of it...

DOD/EPA/CDC/FDA/DOT/OSHA/FCC/etc all have their turf wars...with each other.

And huge gaps in the regs big enough to drive a MacTruck through.

$RVVTF is a long term bet I am and have been willing to take. It is the exception IMO to your swing trade them... But I am some what seasoned at it all.

Lets not forget the FDA already approved Bucci for a Liver transplant orphan drug trial Phase III.. That already happened.
