Ken claims he can save owners some labor costs. If so, shouldn't his 2% be based on that segment of the business or other aspects where he delivers value? Seems to me that 2% of the entire GROSS revenue of a hotel seems unjustified. IMO he thinks his "EV (Evolution Venue) brand" will cause people to flock to his hotels because --there's no front desk check in, "Smart IoT" gizmos in rooms, a "crypto exchange" where people can buy NFT's of Esposito's digital monkeys.
IMO this POS will never be traded on any big board...but Ken can't wait. IMO these guys are like a buncha prosperity preaching televangelists who practice the "name it, claim it" theology.
