"Technical dispute" is the diplomatic polite lexicon for "typical beaner clusterfocking-up" the whole royalty/tax boondoggle... Chile needs to hire some thoroughbred Spaniard Whiteys (who have not been contaminated with beaner blood in their heritage) in order to properly straighten this new mess out.

I am fairly certain all the smart intelligent international investors are now writing Chile off the books for the rest of 2022 and Q1 2023. What a sheethole this Chile has become under the leftists/commies.
