That is pinkyland wishful thinking to believe the Calasse lawsuit is going to create a magic merger.

Why don't you do some research on FORW and look at the trash that Sharp brought into the shell. Ligand the Nigerian resuscitator that has been pumped since 2016. Then Maverick which doesn't have enough capital to drill a tooth. The HUMBL warrants are worthless - especially since the Sharp/Foote dilution machine and much more dilution is coming.

The NFT sector is a disaster and there isn't any real NFT companies that would touch a Sharp hijacked shell to go public.

Let me guess, Sharp is going to rescue FTX with his hijacked empty shell.
