From the Zoom Meeting Today with Stuart

- He is no longer giving a Q4 revenue estimate. In June he lowered it from $24M to $16M. That estimate no longer stands.

- The $22M order from Kuwait will now be larger than $22M. But it did not show up in Q3 and likely won't be in Q4. More likely Q1 2023 because of changes.

- The firm performing audited financials will be hired in Q1 and have them complete by Q2. That seems way to fast to have them completed but Stu says they have so few transactions that it doesn't take long to get it completed.
