Did I miss something? Who is getting sentenced by the SDNY court? I thought it was just a hearing. Must be two separate items on the docket. I rack my brain but the only thing that comes to mind are the irregularities during the shareholder vote. I wish I could afford the $10 per month for Docketbird to know what is going on. This is so confusing. I thought that we were heading into a hearing to determine if there was cause to continue the case or dismiss it.
