The gloom and doom was warranted, it is the people who have been posting that everything was rosy that should be called out. There were no government contract(s) we had one that rolled out months ago and then NOTHING. It looked to many of us that something was wrong with the product at least in terms of they couldn't close sales with anymore counties. Now we learn they have partnered with another larger, currently successful company to address a need their county customers could not get from their current product.

Big question here is how long does it take for them to get their new integrated product ready for market. Remember the last CEO deal pretty much expired while they kept working on preparing their product for market.

We need this integration to be completed in the next few months AND for the product to be of high quality and meet the customer's needs.
