On 12/20/21 the O/S was 342,368,178. As of yesterday the O/S was 358,728,755. Just over 16 mil shares added to O/S in basically a year is hardly DILUTION.
Compare to any other OTC stock in the same time frame.

Doc has managed this company just fine and will continue to do so. He has said the company has friendly investors that believe in what they are doing. Money won't be an issue and there is plenty of room to add to the O/S and still be a great share structure to move forward after IDE approval.
