Looks like they just amended it for the third quarter results which has to be included in S1 to uplist.
In my opinion it is set and deal is going to happen at 2 cents for 1 to 400 reverse split and it's going to happen either tomorrow or Friday because they have to pay the first installment loan on11/17.
