I understand - I still think it's disingenuous considering he actually signed it November 9, but yes, he can argue that as of September 30, he hadn't anticipated a split. But again - signed it November 9 - made the deal October 6, 6 days after the end of the report - and he didn't think then that 1:100 split could be announced? Questionable.

I get that legally I guess they're within bounds - but they have me wondering big time about how they're handling this ethically.
