The stockholders as a group need to come together. Outline the concerns and demand a profitable solution or start to replace people. I have seen CEO's rice money at rates that are never recoverable. If a business make a net profit of 10%, why would you sign a note or loan for 15% or 20%. You still going under, just slower.
