1. Yes, Elite has received at least one one-time payment, but it was in this quarter so it won't be reported until February's financials.

2. Elite's performance was NOT flat. The first two quarters of this fiscal year EACH had their HIGHEST revenues in Elite's ENTIRE HISTORY.

If Elite is receiving one-time payments, their current portfolio of products is performing even worse since Elite’s revenue performance was flat.
