Totally agree. The fact that he doesn't step down and hasn't been ousted just shows me the company isn't concerned about shareholders or real success other than maintaining his salary and perhaps one day, getting lucky. They're covered in the sense that they clearly explain their position from day one: we have always and expect to continue to maintain our business by diluting. Scammy....
