As far as my choice I chose TMNA over MICT being a new entrant here (around June 2022). I didnt have any MICT shares and chose TMNA over it.

I figured at that time if the merger didnt go through Tingo is bringing the business... now it seems a foregone conclusion.

So its do you want to have all your shares now, or can you wait for Preferred shares to convert.

Ill take some now, and more later with the preferred conversions.

In the end MICT wins, and TMNA wins, but I think MICT shareholders will be extremely diluted. 130million OS currently on MICT will turn into 590 million in the OS once we add all the TMNA shareholders to the MICT nobo list. (that 590m OS is after all shares doled out/preferred share conversions)

Dozy owns most of those shares also btw and i doubt he will be selling imo.
