3 phases of the merger. On initial closing we will get 19.9% of MICT OS... the current MICT OS expands to give those shares out to TMNA holders.
Then we also get Preferred A and B shares.
Those shares will be voted on in 2023 to convert into more MICT (more dilution for current MICT shareholders). By June 2023 with two voting rounds Current TMNA holders (including Dozy who owns most of this OS) will own 75% of the total company.
Afterwards the symbol will change to $TING, and MICT will be renamed Tingo Inc.
So it depends on if you want to buy MICT now and be diluted later, or buy TING and own more of the company in the end.
