It appears the “propaganda” is true, the OTC cesspool is a playground for cons & thieves.
Indeed the OTC is a very nasty cesspool but it's the only place these really inadequate scammers, like Nugent, with his long history, can play. He isn't smart enough to get into the BIG BOY game.
