The overpayment is always understated.

Just before the NWS in 2012, the Liquidity Preference was $191B. Interest payment should be $19.1B. Fannie and Freddie paid $141B interest between 2012-2013. The overpayment was $122B. Compound interest at same 10% they charge Fannie and Freddie, it should be $313B by now.
