My name is Sagy Amit.

I am the former Sales Manager of HTS in the U.S.

For the past 4+ year I have been fighting OMNIQ's management in court.

My investigation revealed a ponzi scheme now known as the "Flywheel".

Using this scheme the main 3 executives enrich themselves using investors money.

By gifting each-other and offering stock options to their employees and sharing fraudulent "Success Stories" they manipulate the stock price.

Earlier this month I filed a motion to Pierce the Corporate Veil with the court. I also filed 3 separate WhistleBlower Reports with the SEC.

The recent Celsius Network Saga and the "Yaron Shalem" connection convinced me to go public and hopefully save some of you the pain of losing money to this fraud.
