He's the SAME ATTORNEY who kicked the living sh$%t out of Comella and USRM-a-CON at least 4 times, I believe ? ALL the original BLINDED LADIES of infamy that got USRM-a-CON busted eventually by THE FEDS were Yaffa cases.

The dude Yaffa is a wrecking ball with a nuke wrapped around it, when it comes to STEM CLINIC PAY-to-TREAT SHAMS that harm people - he did the USRM-a-HARM Patsy Bade and Elizabeth Noble blinded cases that blew-up like nukes and made worldwide news and lit the radar up at the FDA-DOJ !!

Yaffa then won the Comella-the-CLOWN "I LIKE TO BLIND PEOPLE" case of Ms Mallard of France - and won a large settlement on that one too !!

Then - Yaffa also handled the USRM/Comella-the-Clown FAKE Phd case where the woman started vomiting severely and fainted and slipped into a coma within an hour or two or less, after being injected/IV dripped with stem cell goo at the USRM run "clinic" !!

COMA LADY w/ Yaffa AGAIN as her trial lawyer won a huge settlement against USRM-a-FRAUD (I forget her name off the top of my head, the COMA victim lady ?) and per the most recent 10-Q filing, USRM-a-CON has DEFAULTED on the $5K PER MONTH they owe her as part of their share of the lawsuit settlement WTF !! Miguel is STIFFING THE VICTIM ON HER PAYMENTS THEY OWE HER !!!
