I wonder what kind of subsequent events will show up in the 10-q...

FRIENDABLE, INC. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the November 14, 2022 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to a delay experienced by the Registrant in finalizing the presentation of the financial statements and subsequent events in the Quarterly Report.
