Going on 10 weeks and still hasn't disappeared. If you read article 4 of that letter, it basically says that if he doesn't respond or show up to the hearing " any new corporate name of the respondent can be deemed in default ". Seems like he's connected to some other businesses that could be affected by this....just speculation though.
