$AMLH shareholders. We have sent out an LOI to be signed by the 15th, once signed we will look to close on a $15MM Asset Purchase agreement (APA), with solid revs before month end. Once closed we will retain PCAOB auditor and begin work to make application for NASDAQ ASAP.
