and this is only what we can see... what else is he incapable of doing? closing deals? securing his offering ( we watched that debacle and are still watching it ) he had since 7/31 to have this in order... the same year he's trying to sell the offering... we are 2 weeks away from December and about 6 hours away from being designated delinquent by the OTC/SEC as a non reporting liability

this is weak and unacceptable
