Do you mean lawsuits that are trying to have any part of HERA changed or overturned?
If so, the only one I can think of is the Collins redux case, where they have added Appropriations Clause claims saying that FHFA being funded outside of the Congressional appropriations process is a violation of the Constitution. If the plaintiffs prevail there, it's hard to say how much of HERA would have to be changed, but the plaintiffs' requested remedy is vacating the NWS ab initio.
Washington Federal and Kelly most certainly do not seek to have any part of HERA changed. Each of those cases only seeks money. If either case results in a win for the plaintiffs, the conservatorships, SPSPAs, warrants, and even the NWS (in both its original and modified forms) would remain intact.
