You are assuming that the CE will be removed. Good luck with that. I personally doubt it will be removed so long as Dylon is CEO.

Look at any reinstated ticker where stock promotion was the culprit, what happened to the perpetrators? They had to remove themselves from office, correct.

Dylon's ego is bigger than big and he won't step down, imo. I give this a 95% probability that they scrap the deal altogether than move forward without Dylon.
