Yes, you can buy if you are Canadian. Although you need to be a resident of Canada, to open an account with any of the brokerages in Canada.

Imo, no point buying now when it will settle in the trips once the dust settles.

Maybe gamble a few hundred bucks in the trips, if you think that the CE designation will removed. But, imo, it won't be easily removed unless Dylon removes himself as a director of the company. His incessant pumping/promoting on Twitter without adequate verifiable information is one of the reasons for the CE designation.
