This is rich... George Sharp blocked TwitterA for being a hypocrite, and threatened to block TwitterB for trying to be a lawyer on Twitter. Yet I just saw TwitterA using the "legal analysis" by TwitterB to argue why Sharp will win! Can't make this up!

I don't think any of us are experts capable of saying definitively what will or will not happen. So I'll never attempt to state that something can't happen or that what I suggest will definitely happen, I'll just wait for the courts decision.

It'll be what, within a month of December 6th or so? Response due by December 6, then 14 days for Sharp's reply, then some time for the Supreme Court to make a decision.

If someone can't tell that a shell is a shell, can you trust anything else that they say?
