Problem is that most otc companies are trying to get started and need capital through stock sells. The OTC is overrun with flippers and etrade wanna be flippers who sell as soon as the stock goes up a few ticks, crashing the stock and calling companies scams, so that these fledgling companies can not raise any funds without PR'ing, tweeting, positive info.

It's a helluva quandary. Ilus is planning to give stock incentives for folks to hold their shares for 2 years until they can get the company off of the ground, just to show you how bad the OTC quagmire is these days.

Just my thoughts. I guess we could be talking about "those Boys" ! Lol
