I would think that the company would put out some sort of update regarding the closing. After all, they did say on or about November 11 to close. He has been good with twitter concerning keeping us informed. The 10Q early was not an accident. An official PR would be great, but a generic tweet would be okay. Don't mind what it says. Could say delayed pending signatures....could say it fell through and did not work (I doubt that)....could say need more time....could say lawyers were on Veteran's day break.....could say banks were closed....could say 8K next week. Anything would be nice.

Either that or we get a nice surprise Monday morning saying the deal is finalized and closed. Could be a long weekend. Go Chicago Bears.
