You certainly didn’t have to spend that much time writing that but I’m deeply indebted to you for taking the time to explain the “unicorn” move. Your absolutely correct, many companies promise the uplist and fall short or go bust as it was a momo ploy. This smells different. Their actions pulling in top talent to join the board and the fact this amended S1 has been entered by EF Hutton says it’s the real deal. I know how big Sandpiper Bay is, I can see it, how many OTC companies has a 200 acre all inclusive resort including golf course, beach, marina, restaurants and dormitories full of students athletes who’s parents are forking out ~$75-100k per year for tuition?
