This is an OTC venue quoted equity. The overall market has absolutely no bearing on this. It is not an ADR/ADS foreign entity ... as well as... very limited liquidity/exposure.

It is doing exactly what it should be doing in this sector. This sector is total garbage and has been for some time. It is still consolidating and is unfortunately still political(law making initiatives).
