NNRX is not a big company, the 30,000 sq. ft. is not all production area, it also includes offices, storage, entrance foyers and hallways. The same goes for the greenhouse it also has storage areas, as well as most likely 30 to 40 percent alley ways. I’m guessing that greenhouse will be used to develop new plants for resale as well as for harvesting. Most will come from outside sources.
The almost million incomes is Gross not Net income, supplies, salaries, up keep of bldg and rent have to come out first. Hoping in the future they utilize the vacant lot next door for expansion in the future.
Fisherman has the right idea this is a long term play, not an overnight get rich play. When I was talking about getting a new Camper Van for Xmas from proceeds from some of my shares, I was referring to a down payment not a 100+ thousand form NNRX stock by Xmas. I’m betting on Bishop to continue to acquire/start more companies in the future, not just relying on “The Plant” for NNRX’s only source of income. Would like to see him find something on the East Coast, the long term is the play here. My money is on NNRX, not on "The Plant".
